What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you can't attend your tour and you would like to cancel it you need to contact us as soon as possible so we can pass the message to the tour operator.

For cancellations we will need to have it in writing, so all you need to do is email us your voucher number and your booking number and tell us to have the tour cancelled.

If you have the option to reschedule the tour for another day we can re-book the tour for you without any charges or fees. But if rescheduling is not a possibility we need to investigate other options or see if a refund is possible.

For single tours you can cancel up to seven (7) days prior to the tour date and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel seven (7) days prior to the tour date the deposit amount might be retained. If cancelling twenty-four (24) hours prior to the tour date 100% cancellation fee may apply.
