This tour operator is owned and operated by Cairns locals who spent many years enjoying fishing from Hinchinbrook Island to Weipa on the Cape York Peninsula including reef, rivers and creeks.
They are happy to take on board different levels of fishing experiences, from first time beginners to advanced and experienced clients. For the non- experienced one of the staff members will be happy to instruct and educate on everything so there is nothing to worry about.
The estuary fishing is done at Trinity Inlet which has one of the world's most diverse and productive eco-system. Once at Trinity Inlet the staff will give interesting information about the history of Cairns. The most common species of fish caught in the area Fingermark, Mangrove Jack, Estuary Cod, Grunter (Javelin Fish), Salmon, Queen Fish (Queenies), GT's (Trevally), Thread Fin Salmon, Bream, Mud Crabs and Barramundi.
The river fishing is done at the Russell / Mulgrave River which is located approximately 40km South of Cairns. The location has premier sport fishing on offer, from bait to lure to fly-fishing.
The estuary fishing is available half or full day when the river fishing is a full day option only. Either tour chosen the experience will be amazing.
