Aquaquest is the newest addition to the Deep Sea Divers Den fleet and has been purpose built to provide snorkellers and divers with a fantastic day exploring the Outer Great Barrier Reef.
The focus of Aquaquest is on comfort and experience. Licensed to carry 125 passengers they actually limit day tour numbers to just 80 guests, ensuring there are plenty of space to relax across the two levels of air-conditioned interior and three exterior sun decks.
This tour caters to snorkellers and divers of all experience levels, including those ones who never dived before (introductory divers). Clients enjoy up to 5 hours on the Outer Great Barrier Reef which means plenty of time to spend exploring the reef.
Deep Sea Divers Den has a permit to visit 17 moorings on the Outer Great Barrier Reef. The exact destinations will be chosen on the day of travel depending on weather conditions and visibility of the water. They will choose the best locations to maximise the experience on the day.
Free guided snorkel tour, free use of snorkel equipment and lycra (stinger) or wet suits, morning tea and a tropical buffet lunch are all included in the main price of the trip. Travel time to and from the reef is approximately 90 minutes.
