Silverswift is a 30 metre vessel custom-designed and built to take guests to snorkel and dive the reef. Silverswift departs Cairns every morning visiting 3 beautiful outer reef sites at Flynn, Pellowe, Milln, Thetford Reefs. They provide travellers with a great day where they can spend over five hours exploring the underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef.
The Silverswif vessel features a state-of-the-art ride control system for a smooth journey, hot freshwater showers, change rooms, air-conditioned lounges and a licensed bar.
Silverswift travels to many exclusive dive sites on some of the best outer reef locations out of Cairns. These reef sites are chosen for their amazing colourful corals and their gorgeous marine life. The clear water provides divers and snorkellers with great underwater visibility making the whole reef experience a memorable time.
Silverswift spends over five hours on the outer reef and the activities and inclusions provided are unlimited snorkelling, a guided snorkel tour, morning tea, afternoon tea and a delicious buffet lunch.

Flying after Diving: If only one dive is undertaken then a minimum of 12 hours is recommended before flying. If more than one dive is conducted in the day, an interval of 24 hours is recommended
Introductory Divers - NOTE: Certain medical conditions may prevent you from diving, (e.g. Asthma, Heart Disease), please contact our office. Min. age to dive is 12 years.

Reef Tax: $6.50 is levied for all adults and children entering the Great Barrier Reef. This charge and other levies are INCLUDED in the cruise fares.
Booking fees: Tourism Cairns do not charge any booking fees.
Deposit and final payment: At Tourism Cairns clients are required to pay a deposit only at the time of booking. Final payment is usually paid directly to the tour operator on the day of travel, depending on each tour operator's policy. Some tour operators request full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation by the traveller: If the tour is cancelled by the client up to 7 days prior to departure, a full refund is applicable. If the tour is cancelled by the client 7 days prior to departure, the deposit amount might be retained. If the tour is cancelled by the client 48 hours prior to departure, 100% cancellation fee may apply.
Booking amendments: If the date of a tour needs to be changed, Tourism Cairns must be notified in writing by the client up to 48 hours prior to the tour date.
