Rum Runner Cairns – 2 Day / 1 Night Sailing

Rum Runner Cairns is a locally owned and family based operator that offers an affordable 2 day 1 night overnight tour to the outer reef.

Rum Runner has been in operation since 2005 and they are locally recognised for their value, high standards of safety, professionalism and great meals prepared fresh onboard.

Rum Runner is a 20 metre motor sailing schooner built in 1984 with a nearly indestructible fiberglass hull. The vessel carries and sleeps up to 16 passengers in twin bunk and 4-share bunk cabins.

As typical with sailboats the cabins are not spacious or private, they are for resting and sleeping. The vessel features an open saloon area, a galley, an open outside deck, separate male and female toilets and a hot water shower cabinet. It also has a 120V dc and 240V ac so guests can charge their cameras.

Overall, Rum Runner is a comfortable sailboat, well suited for the adventurous people.
