In this Atherton Tablelands Tour travellers visit beautiful locations such as the Tablelands waterfall and lake, World Heritage rainforest, creeks and the famouns Paronella Park.
The tour starts with an early pick up at 7:15am, then the bus head south to Gillies Highway. At Atherton Tablelands travellers visit the gorgeous Lake Barrine which is the largest of the natural volcanoes in the area. The lake is about 1 km in diameter, with a shoreline of almost 4.5 km, and depth of about 35 m. Travellers enjoy a nice walk through the rainforest with an experience guide who will talk about the land, the rainforest and its fauna and flora.
Then the next place to visit is the Curtain Fig Tree, a heritage-listed tree at Yungaburra. It is one of the largest trees in Queensland. Then travellers head to their next place to visit which is Milla MIlla Falls, a waterfall surrounded by lush rainforest. The waterfall is about 18 metres high with a pool suitable for swimming at their base.
The bus then travels down towards Cairns on Palmerston Highway to arrive at the famous Paronella Park. Paronella Park is a heritage-listed tourist attraction located at Mena Creek, 120 kilometres south of Cairns. Paronella Park is known for its natural beauty but also for an interesting story behind it. A local guide will take visitors through the park explaining details of its amazing property and its history.
The last place to visit before returning to Cairns is Babinda Boulders, a famous swim hole surrounded by lush rainforest located about 65km from Cairns.The creek itself is full of different sizes of boulders with some of them quite big. At the bottom of the creek forms a big swimming pool where visitors enjoy the crystal clear water.

Cancellation by the traveller: If the tour is cancelled by the client up to 7 days prior to departure, a full refund is applicable. If the tour is cancelled by the client 7 days prior to departure, the deposit amount might be retained. If the tour is cancelled by the client 48 hours prior to departure, 100% cancellation fee may apply.
Booking amendments: If the date of a tour needs to be changed, Tourism Cairns must be notified in writing by the client up to 48 hours prior to the tour date.
